What are the things I can do with the FCTA Online Payment Portal? |

Properties (FILE NUMBERS) are currently being uploaded to the FCTA portal
so its expected that your property is already registered. In order to confirm,

| Q. | How long does it take for my Property registration to be approved? | ||||
| A. |
All applications for property registrations will be reviewed by AGIS within a period of 48hrs.

| Q. | How do i pay for my bills? | ||||

In order to pay bills on the FCTA Portal, you have to be a bonafide property owner with a valid FILE NUMBER. Then follow the steps above to check if your FILE NUMBER(Property) has been registered. If your FILE NUMBER(Property) has been registered then proceed to log into the portal.

Yes, they are.

| Q. | What is Login Failure? | ||||
| A. |
Login failure is as a result of the wrong username or password supplied during
portal login to the FCT portal. The user needs to verify username and password. 1. Check the spellings of your username. 2. ensure your Cap lock on your keyboard is off. 3. re-enter your password. 4. Navigate your mouse and click on Login button. If you registered your property yourself, you'll not be able to login until your registration has been approved NB: If the login details fail after three attempts, you are advised to call FCT help desk for further assistance. |
